If chosen for the Ferguson Board of Managers, describe one goal that
you would like to pursue in relation to Ferguson Center or one change
that you would like to make.
I have read the requirements and responsibilities for being a member
of the Ferguson Center Board of Managers. My signature below authorizes
an official check of my university records, each semester I hold a
position on the Board, to assure that I meet required GPA and full
time student status and that I am in good academic standing. I also
agree that any and all of the information on this application form,
including my GPA, may be shared with the Ferguson Center Board of
Managers Selection Committee. I understand that the GPA requirement
will be enforced.
